The main building restored. Today the theatre wing forms the Langdon Down Centre which includes the Langdon Down Museum, Normansfield Theatre and the Down’s Syndrome Association.
The workshops and mortuary are Grade II listed. The boundary wall with Kingston Road retains its original cast-iron railings.
